In partnership with the Tampa Housing Authority, we developed a visionary master plan to revitalize a neglected area just off I-275 in Tampa. The design introduces a dynamic mix of parks, single-family homes, multi-family residences, and live-work spaces to foster a vibrant, connected community. Focused on long-term growth and improved quality of life, the plan aims to transform the area into a thriving neighborhood destination.
